Toshiba Satellite T135-S1310RD

The Toshiba Satellite series of laptops is one of the best known and popular laptops out there. The performance of the 1310 (not the 1300) is a standout due to its use of a dual core SU4100 processor, which as a matter of fact enables it to beat the pants off most other laptops in its class.

Generally we like to have an optical drive in any laptop we recommend for business purposes, but here we will make an exception. Being in the thin and light class of laptops it’s not really a surprise that the optical drive was omitted, since this seems to be the theme concerning thin and light market. When all things are considered and you take into account the large 320 gig hard drive, snappy performance, nice graphics, an even nicer price and a 9 hour battery life somehow the lack of an optical drive has less importance.

In the picture below you’ll notice we used the red version of the 1310, but it also comes in black and white. I like the red though, somehow it adds a little more class and is bound to make a bigger impression on any client I’m sure.
