I’m looking for a LapTop with an Intel i5 processor that I can use for Business Apps like Quickbooks 2010 Pro and Microsoft Office but would LIKE to be able to play films, a SMALL handful of games, do some Video and Photo Editing, etc. Internet, obviously, and some Downloading.

I use my equipment until it dies, so I want to buy something that will last me a long, long while doing my basic requirements.

It won’t be moved around much, so weight isn’t an issues, and when I do move it, it will be from room to room mostly, but bringing it home with me won’t be a chore, no matter what the weight.

I’m good to my equipment, so it doesn’t NEED to be built to withstand kids or dropping…

So, knowing this, pretend this were your purchase… If you had to choose, which set up would you go with?

What is a good laptop for business matters?

Hello Everyone,
I need a laptop for work and, as stated above, business matters. I am quite familiar with specifications for computers but not with laptops.

Preferably:
-no less than 17" screen
-good speed
-at least 250gb, 300+ would be great
-good battery (long-lasting)
-video card to support hd viewing
-price, up to 0-0 is fine
