I am trying to decide if a laptop would do a decent job for working at home. I need it to be able to multi task programs – Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook. I’m a casual gamer, but games like Sim City and the soon to be Sims 3 require higher graphics…could a laptop support these items? or would I be better off with a desktop? A mobile office isn’t that important, just something I was considering.
Want to purchase a laptop that will replace my desktop – lightweight, good battery life, decent speakers, good for production, good feel (almost like a regular keyboard) on the keyboard. Used primarily for business. Rarely play games on it. Also, used for Pandora and movies.
